I am happy to recommend Jay. He has done several jobs for us over the past few years.
A couple of years ago, he did a renovation of most of the rooms in our house – new floors, doors, woodwork, and replacing bathroom fixtures in 1 1/2 baths. As he was finishing, we found mold in the other bathroom off our master bedroom. He was able to remove the mold and slightly reconfigure the bathroom to give us a bit more space so that we could replace the plastic neo-angle shower (which was the cause of the mold problem) with a real corner shower custom-built for that room.
He has done other smaller jobs for us and most recently, when my daughter purchased the house across the street from us, he did a major renovation for her including bathroom upgrades, he had his plumber replace her 50 year-old furnace, and his electrician upgrade the electrical service.
His work is always of excellent quality and he gets the work done quickly. He doesn’t start a job and then leave you hanging for weeks while he starts others. I have recommended him to our friends and other family members and they have always been happy with his work. He did a three season room for my brother-in-law in that is not only beautiful but, because of the direction it faces, can be used it all year long except in the very coldest weather.
I would always call Jay when I have any work to be done. I know he will do the job right and stand behind his work. You can’t go wrong hiring Jay.

We have had Jay as our contractor for the past seven years. We have come to refer to our home as the house that Jay rebuilt. He and his team have done laminate floor installations in the bedrooms, tile and vanities in the bathrooms, built a home office area with tile floor with radiant heat, upgraded the electrical system, installed all new light fixtures inside and out. They took out a wall in order enlarge one of the bedrooms and rebuilt a double closet. They also did a kitchen facelift, which included granite countertops, new sink, and refinishing the cabinets. Our last project was installing a new front door including a storm door and re-tiling the entry way. No job is too big or too small for them.
Jay and his team are wonderful. The work is always done in a timely manner and the quality always exceeds our expectations. Jay is very good about making design, product, and vendor recommendations. The crew is very friendly and respectful of our home, and we thoroughly enjoy working with all of them. Last but certainly not least, Jay has always come in at or below his quote, which is very rare.
