STEP 1

INITIAL IN-HOME CONSULTATION

We begin with an in-home consultation to understand your project’s needs and vision. Together, we’ll discuss whether you’re looking for a full remodel or a simple facelift, and we’ll take time to learn how you use your space so we can make recommendations that fit your lifestyle. We’ll also review a preliminary budget to guide the next steps.

STEP 2

DEVELOP YOUR PROPOSAL

Once we agree on your project direction, we’ll create a comprehensive proposal. This will account for upgrades that may be needed based on your home’s age and condition. We’ll collaborate to balance your budget with “must-have” items versus your wish list, then finalize the budget with allowances for plumbing, electrical, and other key elements.

STEP 3

PLANNING & DESIGN

We’ll move into the planning phase, developing your design and preparing construction documents for permitting. Some clients bring us plans from their own architect and designer; others choose to work with our trusted network of professionals. Once your design is approved, we’ll create a detailed construction schedule and handle permits and approvals with local authorities.

STEP 4

DESIGN SELECTIONS

Our team will guide you through selecting finishes and fixtures that match your style and vision. This includes tile, plumbing fixtures, lighting, cabinetry, flooring, and other design elements that will bring your project to life.

STEP 5

CONSTRUCTION

During construction, our team will oversee all work daily, coordinating our crew and trusted subcontractors to ensure quality at every step. We’ll maintain clear, consistent communication, keeping you informed of our schedule, progress, and any changes that may arise.
