Martinoli & Sons means a commitment to quality, communications and service. The size of our project range from remodeling multiple rooms, creating additions, or even replacing cabinets, counters or and incorporating cosmetic upgrades to get the look you want without the price of demo. We typically tell clients to reach out to us 3-4 months in advance for larger projects
Here is what you need to know about a remodeling project:
STEP 1
INITIAL IN-HOME CONSULTATION
During our in-home consultation, we will learn and listen carefully about your projects’ needs and discuss if you want to do a full remodel of your space or just a facelift. We will also take the time to understand how you use your space so we can make recommendations to fit your needs and lifestyle. Finally, we will discuss a preliminary budget.
STEP 2
DEVELOP YOUR PROPOSAL
Once we agree on your project direction, we will develop a comprehensive proposal, taking into consideration any and all upgrades that need to done based on the age of your home. We will go back and forth a few times balancing your budget with must have’s vs wish list items. The we will set the budget that include allowances for plumbing and electrical.
STEP 3
PLANNING & DESIGN
Working with us, we will develop your design and produce construction documents ready for permitting. Clients work with us two different ways; 1) Their architect and design provide us with design documents, and we execute them, or 2) We work with our trusted team of architect and designers. Once your design is signed off on, we will develop a detailed construction schedule including securing permits and approvals with the local municipalities.
STEP 4
DESIGN SELECTIONS
Our team of experts will work with you to make design selections that fit your style. This includes selecting tile, plumbing fixtures, lighting, cabinetry and flooring.
STEP 5
CONSTRUCTION
During construction, we will closely manage the work daily with our company and sub-contractors that are working in and on your home. We will also provide regular communication while keeping you informed of our schedule and any changes that come up.
